This family moved from a large home to a smaller home in a different city, just outside of Des Moines, Iowa. Once there, they decided it would take a custom home addition to create the look and feel they were used to in their previous home. Premier Construction worked with them the entire way, to make their dreams come true.
The Westbury Screen room off the master bedroom addition added a nice touch for this client. She can enjoy a cup of morning coffee on her personal screened-in porch.
This client moved from Mason City to Norwalk, Iowa and wanted a home makeover to turn their new home into something that better resembled the home they had for 30 years. Premier Construction knew just what to do.
Premier Construction added a two-car garage, master bedroom with screened-in porch, and a sun room to this home just outside of Des Moines. New foam back Prodigy siding was also installed, plus a brand new roof and dormers.
The house had a lot of character, so it was important that the new, updated version of the home have character as well. Premier Construction worked closely with the homeowner on this custom addition.
As part of this custom home addition, Premier Construction installed a 16’x16′ 4-seasons room on the back of the house.
Premier Construction installed a Westbury Screenrail, which is a fully aluminum product and can be installed in most any configuration.
When working with Premier Construction, you’ll be able to see 3D mock-up renderings of the project before approval. This helps clients truly envision what their home will look like once complete. This is an early concept design and there was a game-time decision to omit the dormer over the master bedroom, instead the client opted for a screened-in porch.
