Premier Construction added a dormer above the garage to create an office above for the homeowner.

The space above the garage was previously not being used. Instead of a rooftop patio, Premier Construction worked with the homeowner to come up with a better solution.

With built-in storage under the windows, the new addition has transitioned smoothly into an office.

To save the homeowner time and money, Premier Construction used a packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) unit to give the space optimal conditioning.

With recessed lighting and sliding windows, this custom room addition is a calming, cool place to get plenty of work done.

Premier Construction also remodeled the basement of this home. This is a custom fabricated steel fireplace surround in the wall and floor. We finished the wall off with walnut wood flooring.

The walnut wall provides warm tones to complement the cooler tones of the steel fireplace and white built-in shelving.
